1 starVery upset with the communication here. I was already a customer for more than 5 years and I wanted to add a camera and a door bell. The guy who came to install it said they couldn’t install the camera but took like 5 hours to install ( bothering me every few mins on a working day) the doorbell camera. It worked for sometime and became very unreliable. I had signed a new contract on day of installation and now didn’t get the camera nor a working door bell. They have sent a few technicians again but I need an electrician. The choice now is I spend on the electrician or throw this stupid doorbell away and get my own . But why do I need to extend my service with these guys when they didn’t provide me with anything I wanted? Seriously the communication is company is awful. It is December and all these started in May and is still going in circles. I have no trust and praying the contract which is totally bogus now will end and I will be out of h to is stupidity.Review fromWill

5 starsArrived early, professional and knowledgeable! Spent more time here than expected due to troubleshooting and part replacement. Even replaced a part that was working but old enough and showing signs of wear. Great service.
