      *******, the Service Advisor did a great job!He was fast courteous quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue!Excellent experience with ******* and Alert 360!

      The only reason that I would give this company a 1 star review is because 0 is not on the scale. I had an installer to come to upgrade our system after being a customer for 20 years (through acquisitions of APEX Alarms, Central Security, etc). The installer was great, but some of the older equipment did not work. I asked that the installation be completed, and was willing to pay for the replacement equipment, but I take issue with the installation fee being charged AGAIN (over $400 for a fairly simple system). I strong encourage legacy customers ESPECIALLY not to upgrade with this company. They simply brush you off instead of trying to care for their customers! I got the transfer treatment from representative to representative on each call (and I had to call three times) and the unprofessionalism that was displayed to a tenured customer was dismissive and disrespectful. I'm at the point of seeking legal advise to terminate a contract that I renewed in good faith. They suck!

      Have an old system that was not working properly. Technician installed new sensors and tested system. Working as intended. Would recommend Alert 360 to those needing security and piece of mind.

      They lured me in with promises of top-tier security and then gosted when things broke down. The equipment had issues within weeks, and every attempt to get help felt like pulling teeth. With no live support, I was stuck troubleshooting my own alarm system. I wouldn't trust them with protecting a storage unit, let alone a home.

      I was so impressed by the guy name ******* when he went out of his way ti help me, but that expectation was crashed when the actual guy I believe ***** showed up my door. Highly disappointed by his service. He did what I already had done and just left by saying you need a new door bell and its gonna cost you! Thanks as if I didnt know that.Unfortunately Im on a financial crisis and was hoping Alert360 would help me out here. But not so happy with them now :(

      Salesman, *****, and Technician, *****, were very professional and knowledgeable about the Alert360 system. The installation process went very smooth didnt take as long as I expected.I would recommend using Alert360 as your home security system.
