5 starsBattery was bad and because it was only a 1 year old battery and should have lasted 3-4 years, they replaced free of charge with new battery.
Text received prior to serviceman coming and provided his name. He arrived on time and finished the job within 40 minutes.

Oscar has been our tech numerous times and I can’t say enough good about him and the quality and professional skills he displays. Oscar arrives with a pep in his step and a smile on his face.
