1 starI just received a bill for two months after I sent written notification that I was retiring and closing my store. When I called, I was told that I had a new system put in and signed for it and that is incorrect. They came and put in new equipment because mine was out of date and had stopped working, the customer ********************** rep was very aggressive and rude. 5 stars****** was awesome. Fixed the problem (very old sensor).and then checked everything to ensure the system was working properly. He found a old door latch on the system and removed it so everything was green.Alert 360 Home Security
