      For over a $100 bucks a month and the cameras are a hit or miss. Yesterday evening I got wiped out. I wake up around 1 am to use the restroom All is normal. I wake up again around 6am and my truck door is wide open. Finger prints on both vehicles and water damage in my truck. These vehicles are parked in the driveway and the cameras did not pick anything up at all. They dont record or do anything like they were supposed to do for quite some time now. The cameras constantly having issues. A rip off price for a faulty service that has now costs me thousands of dollars. Icing on the cake the customer ********************** representative has no idea what happened or what to even say or do about it. So now I have to fight with the cancellation department. I think personally it should be more than just a cancel in membership. My vehicle is destroyed due to this hogwash system. Again, this resentment comes from having issues monthly and eventually giving up because this company will charge you an arm and a leg just to take a look at an issue. Its like buying a new car and the minute you drive it off the lot the transmission falls out and when you go to get it fixed or replaced they try and charge you for it. Sounds crazy right ?! Well not so much. This has became the norm for alert 360. Wish me luck

      I have been a customer for many years of **************************. They have provided me great service during the span of more than 8 yrs. The service calls of which I have had 2 wre due to battery backup replacements. Nothing major. Great service and always have provided immediate customer **********************. Great company! Highly recommend them!

      The customer ********************** is excellent. Let's start with the dispatcher ****** who started the train moving. On May 3, 2024 **** the technician arrived before the scheduled window time. He was extrelmly knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I would definitely recommend 360 Alarm. And you can't beat the price compared to the other alarm systems companies.

      Alert 360 has the very best customer **********************. When I called in last week with my issue, they were quick to diagnose and set up an in home call. ******* was my technician on site and he was very patient and explained about the break sensors.
