      We struggled to get the cover back on our motion detector after changing the battery. The technician stopped by the next day, quickly installed the cover, no charge. Great service and response timethank you!

      I love Alert 360! They are on it!From the call center, to the Sales rep to the installer. If you are looking for a professional alarm company, you don't need to look any further. Alert 360 is all you need! I have been with them for over 6 years and I am very pleased!! I referred family and friend's and they are very pleased too!

      ****, the service technician, was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing during the service to convert my alarm system from a (phone) landline to a wireless system. He was on time and replaced the old alarm company signs with new ones, as well as window stickers.I have been with Alert 360 (and its previous trade name companies) for over ten years and their service has never failed or let me down.

      The technician arrived early which was appreciated! He was very friendly and got right to work programming my control panel and then he installed the three new carbon monoxide detectors. He made it look very easy and was done in just a few minutes. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. Ive been with Alert 360 for 18 years and the service has been exceptional. Thanks So Very Much!

      Account was transferred from a local company that I've used for over a decade to Alert 360. Not a positive user experience. First, the billing cycle changed. This was unexpected and not mentioned in the welcome email. So my first bill was late.Second, the Alert 360 would not take my payment information. No errors or messages, I tried two different credit cards.Third, there is no online or email based customer **********************. It's 2024, this should be 101 level customer **********************. I'm NOT calling.If Alert 360 can't do basic customer ***********************, how well do they work when there's a break in or hardware problem?

      The service person was polite and quick. Every time I call they are always helpful and the service is done quickly. I'm very happy with my Alarm system.
