      Quickly identified the issue, explained the options and tested the system. Same tech that installed the unit performed the service call. I like the idea of having a dedicated tech who is familiar with the customer.

      Great services, products, and customer **********************! I would recommend Alert360 to anyone wanting to have a system installed new, or switched, which is what i did. Pricing is comparable to others, in my opinion, but get better results.
