      My alarm on the home security system was chirping and showing a problem on the keypad. **** from Alert 360 came today and within 5 minutes found a wiring issue. It was quickly fixed.

      This company is complete bull sht My shop was broken into at 459am after 10 really good hits and head butt's at my front door and the glass break sensor didn't pick it up until the ahol was already inside ********er didn't call me til 5:03am At this time the guy was already leaving The ********er couldn't tell me what sensor was going off . She said she didn't know . Just that the alarm was going off I told her to ******** the police and I headed to the shop just to find the mess of my front door broken into and broken showcases.24 horas later 6 calls & 2 voicemails left and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AT ALL!There's no alarm in the shop since the a**** ripped the whole panel off the wall!I would not trust this company for the delays of dispatching and failure of communication Lack of security Failure of equipment Complete failure Update Friday oct 25th Still no call back from corporate After being told Tuesday they will give a call back within 48 hours Oh and police department confirmed that they did not receive a phone call from the company until 512 am That's is 13 min after alarm went off And still 9 min after I told them to ******** police Update Until today oct 27 @ 4:31 pm someone called to argue with me about how the municipality requires two phone calls to dispach police when your alarm goes off.And that's why it took 16 min to ******** police I called in and asked this personally Company full of lies! I even googled it and it's lies! They don't know what else to say because they know they screwed up!They know they failed. They know they are at fault.IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM RECORD YOUR PHONE CALLS WITH THEM.THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT PROTECTING YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY.

      Very responsive company in every aspect. You always get to talk to a human immediately and they either can help you or refer you to someone who can. My problems are always solved with one phone call . Then they usually call back to make sure my problem was taken care of. ****** our service representative came, and within 30 minutes had the problem diagnosed and repaired.and our system is working fine again.
