      I had ***** with Alert360 home security come out to check out my video doorbell camera better known as skybell camera which was giving me some problems. He immediately noticed there was a problem with the existing skybell camera and replaced it with the latest version and also added a tilt behind the video doorbell camera which added to the 360 View. ***** notified me at least two days before coming out and called me 15 minutes before arriving. I found him to be very professional taking the time in helping me set up my new video doorbell camera on to my smartphone. I found him to be a good listener and very patient and also a gentleman. I highly recommend Aler360 Home Security to everyone. They are not only home but they do businesses as well. I have had them since 2015 and they have never let me down. Thank you ***** for a job well done!

      My boyfriend was at the house during the **********s visit. He was TOLD the old sensor on the garage door ( doors were replaced during ************** had saved the part within the door as door frames were the same) would be replaced with wireless. Why not keep what was working?! Additionally since the ********** visit the key fobs (two of them) for remote arming & disarming do not work.I have requested another ********** to come out and fix what the first ********** broke/deleted who knows what he did! Note: I will not pay for another charge related to another visit .
