5 starsDavid did an excellent job replacing the battery to our alarm. In addition, he demonstrated how to remove the cover so we could replace the batteries ourselves. The tech department representative gave me very different directions which prompted the need for a service call.Alert 360 Home Security

1 starI would leave 0 stars if I could. After many attempts to get my motion sensor working in my alarm and a few visits out (with trip fee) to fix it, it still doesn't work. It works for awhile then stops. I'd run away from this company!Alert 360 Home Security
