    I only chose 1 star because I had to select a star, they do not deserve any star. This company is a joke. I rented an apartment at Crown Village at Elm Ridge and they have ****** apartments, child ******* (when addressed they didn’t do anything about it), icy sidewalks/parking lots, dog poop in grassy areas, trash in parking lot, fountains in and around pool do not work. They only enforce rules to certain individuals, will slap you will fines without warning, and send you to collections over $90, even after you tried telling them the payment link they sent didn’t work and have proof. The management doesn’t care to listen to you and if you try to contact the main business department they send you back to the ****** apartment management, on site.

    Our goal is to treat every resident with respect and fairness. We process credit and background checks for every prospect that applies for a home along with cross checking OSCN to ensure everyone meets our required criteria. We value our residents and take pride in providing a wonderful place to call home. Our maintenance team works hard to pick up dog feces from pets that were not picked up after and hold pet owners responsible since it is not fair for our maintenance team members to pick up after them. We have listed in our lease contract of possible fines that a resident could receive. We are not selective when addressing complaints we receive in the office. It is our responsibility to address resident all complaints we receive so we can find a resolution to the complaint.

    Resident of 5400 South Apartments for 5 years. This company is a used to be company. It used to be a wonderful and beautiful place to live. No longer any of the things that made it worth the $1200 a month plus fees for everything!
