    Ive been a member and have insurance for 12 years I have never filed a claim before, the beginning of this year I had to file a claim for wind damage on my roof, which they said that they would cover, but they sent out contractor that nothing but one star reviews on yelp and look like he came from the beach to look at my roof the contractor stated in his report my roof looked like it was 25 years old and it was a ********************************************************************************************************************** 2006 which makes it 18 years old, and my roof Has a architectural 30 year shingle. the contractor then went on stating if I would have properly maintained my roof, I would have replaced it years ago but if you properly maintain something it should last longer Ive talked to several roofing contractors and showed them my roof. They all said my roof looks great other than the wind damage, but Aaa denied the roof claiming it was normal wear and tear. I had a public adjuster come out and look at it. He said the roof looked great but he wasnt surprised that Aaa denied it because theyre known for denying claims like this. I tried to get Aaa to send out a second adjuster to get a second opinion and they denied that, my contractor sent them a report contradicting everything that the first contractor was saying I dont even think they read my contractors report because they still denied it afterwards saying they cant cover something thats normal wear and tear But its not not wear and tear the wind blow off the shingles. I ensure multiple cars and trailers and 2 houses and they treat me like this. I pay they around $8000 a year for all my cars and trailers and housesand they cant cover wind damage to my house imagine the people that dont pay that much. I would think twice because having Aaa as your insurance company

    Incapable subrogation department.I was part of an accident(the affected party was the AAA customer) where I was at fault for forward collision in parking lot. I was fine with paying full amount and own the damage cost to the *** in the first call they marked it in the case and sent me an amount to be ******* has been a very bad experience with the subrogation department in terms of payment making and closing the claim on my side. Got a notice about payment for calling. Called and requested if credit card could be used to make the payment, They said only managers can do that. So waited for many days and called repeated attempts until finally a manager called to take the credit card for payment. But, when asked what is the total amount due he did not remember. I made a payment based on memory from talking to the agent before. He took the card, made the payment on my card and said I would get a call back for remaining amount. After that about 1 month passed, then I got a printed letter that I still owe on this claim. So I wrote back to the ********claims email. Here is the response for that.Good Morning,I just wanted to respond to your recent email regarding the balance on this claim. Total: ********Prev payment: *********The remaining balance is ********My sincerest apologies for the run around trying to make a payment.Can you please provide me with a day and time frame you will be available?That way I can have my supervisor reach out to you instead?================================Sent back response :Hi,I can be available between 1 pm to 4 pm tomorrow or Friday. I can also forward my details over here ******** if it helps. Please let me know.================================No response and another 13 days have passed. Does the apology mean anything ? Do they care to close the claim. I dont think so. Just another useless insurance company.

    I'm currently a AAA auto club and auto insurance customer. I've been AAA auto club member for 30 years. We called AAA last year for a homeowner's insurance quote when we purchased our home in **********. They stated we were accepted for homeowner's insurance and then a few months later, their underwriting group declined us so we signed up with ******** insurance. A year later, we called AAA back to determine if they could now cover us for homeowner's insurance. *********************** looked up our house and said they would now cover us. He then talked to his supervisor, *********************, and they both agreed we would be covered. I asked them to make 100% sure we would clear underwriting given our issue the year prior and they agreed we would be accepted and said we could cancel our current homeowner's policy. Several weeks later we received another letter from AAA that stated we were declined again. The letter said ****** and ******* would provide the reason for the decline. I called ****** and ******* for the last two weeks with only one return call as they are avoiding me. I canceled my current policy and now I'm in a very difficult position of obtaining other homeowner's insurance. This is the worst customer service possible - tell someone they can cancel their policy and then not return calls after the underwriting group declines us. I would like an apology from AAA and would like both ****** and ******* contacted about this situation and they both should attend customer service training. I likely will now cancel my auto insurance with AAA. *********************

    They have been over-charging me for car insurance for almost a year and refuse to call me back or do anything to rectify the over charging. This company has no regard and does not care about making things right. **************** is terrible and refuse to take any action for over -charging me 3 times what all other insurances are charging for the same coverage. They should be held accountable!!
