"Ive been a member and have insurance for 12 years I have never filed a claim before, the beginning of this year I had to file a claim for wind damage on my roof, which they said that they would cover, but they sent out contractor that nothing but one star reviews on yelp and look like he came from the beach to look at my roof the contractor stated in his report my roof looked like it was 25 years old and it was a ********************************************************************************************************************** 2006 which makes it 18 years old, and my roof Has a architectural 30 year shingle. the contractor then went on stating if I would have properly maintained my roof, I would have replaced it years ago but if you properly maintain something it should last longer Ive talked to several roofing contractors and showed them my roof." ...
