"I had Airco out on 04/24/2026 The ac works fine in the daytime but does not run at night and have woke up sweating for 2 nights in a row,my unit is 1 year old and had a tune up on a heat pump,I paid them $175 plus the $200 PSO rebate.This is ridiculous to be sitting here writing this at 5:00 am Sunday morning,You would think they would know how to set these up right instead of tinkering with something not broken,they are to come out today (EMERGENCY SERVICE) and sure theyll charge me for something not broken,before using Airco I would think twice about REMOVEDunit worked great before all of this,waiting on a call from a supervisor." ...
