    "I purchased a vehicle from them at the beginning of November My car was in an accident, I was then let know that I needed to pay the tags on the car for them to get me into a new one, a couple months later I get a phone call stating that all I have to pay was the deductible, which was $250.00 went a paid and got a new car, Not to mention they have me paying $500." ...     "Not happy with this company, very rude and disrespectful to customers all of a sudden I owe them REMOVEDdollars my debit card and bank statements say different, they employees don't try to hear you out, they call customers names and disrespect them, all I asked is how do I owe a extra $REMOVEDdollars they accounting is off and they are stealing customers payments, I wish regal motors would do business with someone else. I thought the issue was resolved got 2 calls and voicemails from them today, your not repossing my vehicle I'll keep it locked in my garage until I get the REMOVEDdollars."
