They repo my car which has my name and my fianc name on it **** would not allow us to get the payments changed to once a month since i lost my job and we both have told her many times that we can only make the car payment once a month she would not allow us to change our contract. Shes was rude to us constantly jumping down our throats to make the payments bi-weekly and i told **** that i can not do that anymore i told her that i lost my job she would hang up on me because i would tell her we get paid once a month politely and she would just yell at us an i have stated not all jobs pay bi-Weekly. she would call me let my phone ring for 5 seconds by the time i go to answer my phone she would hang up ive ask to speak to someone else she would not let me she is super rude and nasty to us! this is the first time i have to deal with someone that works for a finance company that was rude and this will be the last time we ever go through saber ever again. **** is unprofessional and nothing but money hungry and will not listen to a word i say!Review from Selina F

I was late on my payment due to trying to get a refinance and when that fell thru I made a partial payment on the account the account representative with saber told me that the $162 needed to be paid before they could take my check (although I have always paid via check and none have ever bounced) due to their policy of no checks only money order, cashier's check, or money gram could be taken when the account is past due. As my daughter made the payment the worker at regal was on the phone and the person on the phone sonny says "well make sure the checks don't bounce". I felt that to be extremely unprofessional and distasteful as he is the director and should know better than to speak to anyone in that way especially if what is said doesn't relate or apply to me or my accounts with saber. I have dealt with this company since I was 17 years old and now almost 50 and there is no reason at all ever for the staff to speak disrespectfully to clients for any reason.Review from Lois G.

My name is **** ****** I Had 09 Yukon paid every payment on time mostly early and my transmission went out they said you can pay more for us to put a new one in I said look with everything I can’t afford an 753 month payment plus food and gas I barely made it with 645 a month and I have four kids to feed and I’m a widow I have kept nearly every receipt for my payments as well I said can you guys get me in to something else smaller perhaps with the cost of fuel and everything too no way I can afford that plus gas I’m on fixed income and now they are basically threatening me with the letter saying default per our agreement loan officer agent Fred said I wish there was something more I can do for you but I just can’t doesn’t seem right honest fair seems incredibly unjustified right around the holidays they are absolutely terrible people and don’t care about honest paying hard working customers or their clients I want something done and this issue and this company brought to light immediately they just want peoples money and suffer what makes them think I can afford court cost or to pay what’s left on a car they sell when I said I need something smaller cheaper or make the not cheaper guess not anyways maybe you guys can help and they are trying to sell the vehicle before they are even allowed to date kf agreement 6/18/2022 date to privately sale vehicle 12/10/2023 which mean the car is still technically mine until said date the car not is due but hey just I expect an apology and or compensation or for them to at least help me with a cheaper smaller vehicle or lower the note but that just isn’t the caseReview from Lawrence B

3 vehicles I've purchased and all 3 had to have extensive work done to the vehicles, all 3 vehicles were sold with dry rotted tires,alignment issues, complete front end repairs. This should be against the law,sailing vehicles with serious mechanical issues.. They were polite,but after you lose your job etc all they are about is money,currently being sued over the 3rd car. Time to lawyer up and punish these disrespectful criminal pos...Review from Breeona W

Sabre Sold Me Lemon And My Engine Is Caving in And Sitting, Just As Well Found Out That My Engine Is A 2013 And A lot Of Parts Is Bad Parts And They Lied About My Card Information, Beth ****** Kept Taking Money From My Account And Then Sending It Back And Changing My Dates Of My Payment Every Sense I Been With Regal It’s Been **** All Because Of Beth And Her Smart Remarks, Her Talking Crazy To People.Review from Demetrius A

got a care from regal everything is going fine, until i need them to fix on something then all of a sudden I'm past due on my payment & they have the right to hold you car until its paid... that was the first time. second time they towed my car to the lot cause it wouldn't start. called the next day to see what the process was told me it wouldn't be until the next business day to work on it , was fine with that, until i got told they cant release my car after its fixed until i pay 1100 cause I'm behind on payment when i just paid the day after my car was towed in by them.... they don't send out notification they don't call you to even say do you notice you have an outstanding balance, just when you need you car fix they bring up mysterious charges. i can see on the reviews that they get over on people.. i will be trading in my regal car from saber they suck!Review from Aubrey H

We purchased a 2013 charger with a $1088 down payment April 7, 2022 Very nice car. I loved the car so much. After getting over 14 inches of rain every where had high water after getting home and turning my car off it wouldn't restart. Had it towed to the ***** in Okmulgee, ok I called them and they told me that water was in the engine. Then after days of calling to see what was going on with my car we made our second payment and I drove by the regal lot and there sat my car with a different set of wheels and tires on it.... Again I called to find out what the situation was and then finally someone called me and tells me to come get my belongings from the car it was a complete loss. They took the rims from my car and put them on a different charger that had been sitting on the okmulgee lot. I ask when I could get another car and they tell me that they won't finance us for a another vehicle because of the mileage I put on our car in the time I had it. We didn't even have it a month. Still had paper tag on it. So we don't qualify for financing due to miles out on a car that we bought to drive. There were no mileage limitations any where in the contract whatsoever!!!! Insurance had paid off the loan. But noone had told us and we made another payment. They refuse to refund the payment amount. And won't finance us again. No where did I find anything about how many miles you drive per month make you not qualify for financing. We paid our payments on time and almost eleven hundred down and now **** out of luck. No car. No down payment. Won't finance us for another car to drive even if I had the money for a down payment again. Plus stole my rims off my car and put them on a different car they are selling. Put a paid of busted rims on my car to go to auction. This is some shady actions on someone's part so be Leary.Review from Tahnee P

Was late contacting Saber due to my spouse having surgery. By the time I contacted them I was told by my account manager that my loan could not be secured until I make a $400 payment. Told him I was out of town and that I would make it the next Thursday when I got paid. My car was reposed 4 days later while I was still out of town. I have been behind further than $400 before and kept in contact and it was fine. I have paid almost $10,000 on this car and now that I'm $3000 away from paying it off they repossess it when I told my account manager I would be paying it off when I got my taxes. After it was Gunna be almost $1000 to get my car back, then the rest of the balance to pay it off. It wasn't worth the headache of dealing with a car company that takes a car from someone who has been at the same job for 4yrs and you guys have always gotten the payments from me. Such a rip off. The worst company ever (SABER) worker by the name of BETH AND HER SUPERVISOR TO BE EXACT!! BIGGEST LIARS, MANIPULATING AND MONEY HUNGRY MOST DISRESPECTFUL HUMANS I HAVE EVER MET!! SHE TOLD US WE COULD PAY OUR PAYMENT TOMORROW BUT THEN CALLS A TOWING COMPANY AND GOT MY DAMN CAR TAKEN THEN LIES AGAIN WHEN I CALL AND NOW ADDING ON REPO FEES BUT COULDN'T GIVE THE AMOUNT LIKE HOW CAN YOU NOT JUST LYING! No contract was broken! You lying slithering snakes told us we could pay today to be exact and we'd be fine but due to y'all not giving a damn about your customers y'all called another company behind our backs&took MY CAR! Like I said a LAWSUIT WILL BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY SINCE Y'ALL THOUGHT THIS WAS FUNNY TO DO TO A FAMILY!
