Important information
- Additional Info:This business first came to the attention of the Better Business Bureau serving Eastern Oklahoma (BBB) on August 29, 2013. A BBB investigation has determined that this business, under the name iRealty Connect, solicits individuals that own timeshares, offering more than the timeshare is worth. The consumer is then directed to their "financial counterpart" RLD Financial. RLD Financial does not have a valid address in Tulsa: upon investigating the address provided by complainants, BBB has discovered that it is an empty office building. RLD Financial requests large sums of money up-front in the guise of "fees", "title transfers", "processing fees", or "tax liability fees". Generally, the business tells the complainants that these fees will be reimbursed by the buyer and are directed to wire transfer the money to a foreign bank. The business is unresponsive to complaints and their website has been deactivated.
BBB urges consumers to use extreme caution if approached by this or similar companies offering to purchase your timeshare.
