I bought a remote start for my pick up truck. After waiting for it to arrive i followed every step to a T. sent it back for secondary programming as instructed. when it came back it didn't work with my vehicle even after following their second set of directions. was told they can send a device in order to be able to remotely modify the programs and try and get it to work, however was instructed that i have only a certain amount of time to send it back before I'm fully charged for the device. after calling several times in order to get it programmed quickly i was always directed to voicemail or the call never even went through to the business due to lines being busy even if i called later in the day. it just feels like they are difficult to get in contact with and hoping this gets resolved before I'm forced to pay for a unit i was promised would help my issue quicklyReview from Scott S

I did some digging on this company before I purchased my remote start for a 2010 Subaru Outback. Living in a snowy cold climate makes it a must for a remote start, I shopped locally finding the "second fob" remote start options unattractive this included a price from the dealership of over $1000. I was able to order, install, program, and ship the module back for second-stage programming within 30 minutes. I received the module back in 5 days and finished the installation of the module in 5 minutes. It worked on the first try. The instructions could not be clearer, the process of installing a plug-and-play starter kit was simple. I love the in-depth installation videos they provide with my model-year car as an example. I highly recommend them, and if you have any doubts about them having a "too good to be true" solution they provide please consider this review because I was in the same boat until I made the purchase.Review from James P

I have been looking for a remote start for my car and the shops were pretty expensive as I had to give up one key plus buy their kit plus pay instll which added to ALOT. I found 12 volt solutions and their plug and play kit with app and magic box was super fair priced. I installed in less then 30 minutes the first stage, got them on the phone ( a real person first try) got the second stage, and then installed the app module. Total time short of buttoning up everything 1 hour. Through my entire pre purchase and finish install has been phenomenal. Their customer service has been excellent. They are happy to answer any and every mundane question and go above and beyond to make sure you are 100 percent happy. I cannot remember when I have had this great of start to finish purchase experience. I highly recommend these guys to everyone who wants a easy plug and play remote start for their vehicle. I do not give out review ls so easily good or bad but wanted to make sure these folks get theirs as they treat and talk to you like a friend not a number. If there were more stars they would have them. I had such a great experience and their product is exactly what they say and so easy to install by following their video instruction as well as the human you can get on the phone that I am buying another kit for my wifes car as now she loves my set up. I wanted to use my car as the test and now will do hers as everything is great.Review from Jim R

I bought a remote start kit (lock,unlock,lock) for my 2015 Ford F-150 received it in 3 business days as promised installed it as instructed in YouTube video very easy,tried it out and it didn't work,repeated installation steps 3 times nothing.Monday morning I called tech support talked to a young man named Chris and he sent me instructions to program a lock,lock,lock to an unlock,lock,unlock system works perfect now.Thanks Chris for your help.JimReview from tracy s

What can I say, very often now days to find actual human for support on phone. Installed a remote start in 2017 Audi q7. Plug and play is correct Stright forward. Customer service is horid. They sent the wrong item then said to rebuild it, ship the wrong one back and they'd refund me. Why would I send money a 2nd time for the same item? Very poor response for a company. Still waiting for my refund...Review from Kurby O

Zero stars. I purchased the autostart, long range remotes, the iPhone app and forever warranty. This company sent me USED long range remotes and refused to replace with new. Customer service was atrocious and could not answer basic questions - continual deflection.
So sending the whole order back for refund - mind you this was $1,085.49 order that they have blown. If poor customer service now, then no reason to expect it will any different for the life of the product.
I would be glad to attach the whole e-mail string with their customer service and photos if the option were available.

AVOID!!! The remote start kit I bought worked the first winter but now the second winter when I use it, it messes up the computer in my Toyota. Had to remove it to get the truck to work. Now no response to emails or phone calls. So no remote remote start and no customer support. Two thumbs down.Review from Douglas G

Purchased a remote start from 12voltsolutions my 2017 F-250. I had problems with it not working. The truck ended up in the dealership for 3 weeks with electrical problems and all the dealer could find was the 12voltsolutions remote start plugged into the ODBC port . 12 voltsolutions offered me a replacement but will not honor the deal because the guy I spoke with does not work there any more and to much time had past. Paid $227.14 for it, one would think you could offer a better deal than 15% . Customer service rep needs to sharpen his Sales skills because it cost him a customer and a remote start module....and this review. 100% satisfaction is there moto.....what does that say about a company that will not honor it.Review from Laura L

I had this remote start installed over five years ago and am still in love with it. The app is flawless and I often start my car from my Apple Watch (I never even use the fob). I'm so happy with it I'm giving one to my future daughter in law for Christmas.
