    This is my deceased fathers unposted complaint, he never received information and they keep sending automated emails. My mother needs this money back to return this unusable device. "Installed, would crank the vehicle but wouldn't start it. Contacted support on 1/17/25 and reported the problem. On Jan. 20, got automated email saying they are working through the response. On Jan 22 got an email saying sorry to keep me waiting that I have been escalated to high priority, someone would contact me within 24 business hours. Here is January *********************** help. Going to remove the system and return it. Hope their refund process is better than the support program. "The last email from 12voltsolutions was on 02/23/2024 after he had passed 5 days before "Hi *****,We are VERY sorry to keep you waiting. Its been a few days business days since your ticket (*****) was created. Your ticket has automatically been escaladed to ?? High-Priority ?? . You should be hearing from us within 24 business hours (unless weekends/holidays play a factor).?? ?? ?? Please DO NOT submitting another request. Doing this will create a new support ticket number with a new queue ID. This will remove you from your previous queue position causing a delay in our team responding to your ticket.??? If you want to add additional comments or follow up, reply to this email ???"

    Ordered this product from 12 Volt Solutions which is an automatic car starter kit but I ordered the wrong one for the particular vehicle it was going on ,I ordered the one with No Immobilizer when I actually needed the one with the Immobilizer, this was a Christmas gift and I didn't receive it until January of 25 when we realized it was the wrong product I emailed 12 Volt Solutions so we could set up an exchange for the product I actually needed but have not heard a thing since and here it is March,we have emailed them a couple times and called a toll free number but it's just a voice mail and there is no one to talk to live all we want to to is exchange the product we can't use for the correct one and if not I would definitely want the money we paid refunded, thank you

    ?I purchased a remote start system for my 2017 ****** Sienna, but after installation, it didn't function, indicating a possible faulty unit. I reached out to their support team through their email help ticket system but have not received a response. It's now been four weeks since I submitted my ticket, and attempts to contact them via the phone number listed on their website have also been unsuccessful.

    I purchased at remote start kit for my 2014 Ram 1500 on 1/16/25 and had no issues receiving the kit or programming but it has started to have issues already. Truck will just shut off when I try to shift into gear. Ive now put in two support tickets (yes email from them say not to put in a second one but the first one was through an email that wasnt associated with my order which I thought was the reason for no response) but Ive still received nothing back. I put in my first ticket on 2/11/25 and the second 2/14/25. As I started looking into this alittle more I realized that all over their ******** as well as on bbb webpage there are MANY of the same complaints. For a product like this, this level of customer service is unacceptable. You selling a product that could disable someones transportation. I understand things get busy but if you cant keep up with customer issues it may be time to look for more help. I just want the product I spent my hard earned money on to function the way I was told it would when I decided to purchase from this company.

    I purchased a remote start kit with long range remote options on 12/17/2024. When I attempted to install the system I found that I had been sent a different long range remote kit with no installation instructions. Nobody answered my repeated phone calls so I submitted a help ticket with their email system on 12/23/2024. I called repeatedly and finally got someone on 1/7 after not receiving any email communication regarding the problem. I was given instructions that also didn't work. I sent a reply to that email and didn't get a response until 2/4/2024 stating that they were going to close my ticket do to a lack of response. I replied again and copied the previous email. I was offered a replacement under warranty, but asked for a return/refund instead. I received a reply that a return had been started on their end. I followed the instructions and returned the item via *****, however ***** has tried to deliver on multiple occasions with nobody at the facility to receive it. We sent this signature required. Repeated phone calls going unanswered.

    They have contacted me by email.Want me to send back equipment.Then will issue a refund.Hesitant to do that, have seen on other reviews that becomes a struggle with them.lation elsewhere, and am seeking a full refund of $565.49, which is my purchase price plus shipping.     We purchased a kit from this company in early December. It was delivered December 16 and given as a Christmas gift the purchase email ****************** This item did not come with install instructions as you were to login with your account information on their website and get instructions and videos. attempted to do so, however, there are no videos or instructions provided. Tried logging in with other email addresses to create accounts in order tosimply contact customer service and get information. We sent several emails since December 25, 2024 trying to get information. Nothing has been received. We have also attempted to call the number provided on the website and there is no answer just answering service asking us to call back or email. This is very frustrating. Only part of the kit works if we are unable to use the second part of it wed like our money back although with all of these issues, they should be refunding us completely. This is so frustrating as it was a gift and a very expensive one. Without anyone contacting us back, we have to reach out to them in this manner, hoping to get some sort of response.

    Returned my order, sent back to company after not even taking the item out of the box, perfect condition. They received it/signed for it, and no communication since. They have made no effort to initiate a refund, which is theft/fraud.

    I ordered their product for a Christmas present. I spent around $500 on their remote started for my 2019 jeep wrangler. I got the product at the beginning of December. As they are only open Monday through Friday and final installation requires you to call them I waited until I was off during the week of Christmas to install. I have been trying to contact them since Monday December 23. I realize that is a holiday week so I contacted them by their email as well. I had gotten back an automated message with a ticket number and I received another automated message on December 26 stating response delay. Their contact number never gave any holiday hours it only tells you that if your calling during business hours that everyone is busy and call back another time. I have called at different times and almost daily since the 23 of December. I cannot finalize installation without them so I have a product that is useless to me. I feel as though I have given ample time past the holiday to either get someone on the phone or for them to reply to my ticket. Also the email response say specifically not to send in multiple emails as it will create another ticket number so I have only emailed once.
