1 starIve been a member for several years and instead of improving, the all around service has gotten worse & worse. 1. *** mobile app should be called the ***** APP!Unable to look at my credit card transactions. Updated the app. Now it wants me to log in (when Im ALREADY IN the app) and it will not accept my log in information. 2. Trying to speak to a rep should NOT take 45 minutes out of MY workday(especially when I only get 30 minutes for lunch)and the rep had no explanation as to why a cash app $25 DEPOSIT INTO my account was declined.

I have not received any apology, nor have I spoken with the person from TFCU who left me a message on Thursday March 9th -I was at work when they called and as my original complaint states I do NOT have time to sit on hold and wait to speak the person that called as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. The issue has NOT been resolved.Review fromSam B
