      For anyone shopping for a car, I would not recommend Keystone Chevrolet. Let me tell you what happened. **** and I have been repeat customers there off and on for years. I found a used car I liked a couple weeks ago and we went to look at it and ended up buying the car. I loved this car. We put $1,000 down and signed the papers. **** got a better job making more money. As soon as the car lot found out, they called us and said that since he changed jobs we will need to put more money down. We refused to do this because we already had the vehicle. They said that we could just bring it back for something else. They tried to put me in an SUV twice after telling them that is not what we want. So finally the dealership called and said that they had a 2024 ****** Sentra that we could look at with only 3800 miles. **** went to look at it, it had hail damage, but otherwise seemed to be a decent car. When he asked the total price of the car, he was told "Well, that depends on how much you make". When asked what our income had to do with the price of the car, the question was never really answered. When they brought in the paperwork, they said they need $2k-$3k down, but would count what we had already paid toward it. If I wanted to put more money down, I would have kept the car that I loved and already had and insured. I told my husband to just leave. So now I am carless and out $1,000 because it is non-refundable. I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone ever again. The original transaction occurred on June 18, 2024. The phone call to return was around the 1st of July 2024

      We dealer traded Mr. ******'s Silverado from David Stanly Chevrolet in Okc. They did not send us the window sticker. We have emailed, called and texted them close to a couple dozen times. They have told us every time that they have ordered it and are waiting on GM to send it to them. After spending 36 minutes on the phone with GM in Detroit this morning they confirmed that David Stanly has never put in an order. Normally GM will only send a copy of the sticker to the original dealer. But after spending 30 minutes of the 36-minute call begging, getting upset and losing my temper GM has agreed to mail me a copy of the sticker. The rep for GM said it would be 18-23 before they could even mail it. But I do have it coming.

      On January 10th, 2023 I, ******** ******, sold Keystone Chevrolet my vehicle. The vehicle had a title loan against it, so the title loan was paid out of the money Keystone purchased the car for(my money). The problem I have with the entire transaction is that I was not informed by the salesman, Miguel ****** that there would be a ten day period to get the rest of my money. The reason being, the title loan place has a 10 day hold period before they release the title. I feel like he was dishonest in withholding that information because I was hesitant anyway in actually selling the vehicle. After speaking with Audrey of Loanmax title loan, she disclosed to me that she notified Miguel of this directly! So the title loan has their money, Keystone has the vehicle, but yet in have to wait until the 23rd of this month to get the rest of my equity from that sale. I have work, that I now have no vehicle to get to. Being inconvenienced is an understatement. I feel like the salesman was guilty of withholding pertinent information in order to fatten his pockets, with no regard or care to the issues I would have to endure. If you can't be honest when doing your job, perhaps a reevaluation of self and your job choice needs to be done. Not pleased with them at all. The title loan place said they could send them a letter of guarantee to receive the title;however, they have not even requested the letter to accept it. One of the worst days and experiences of my life!

      Ms. ******'s issue is with her bank not Keystone. As soon as the release the funds we will give her a check immediately! Until They can write a million letters but without the proper documentation their letters are worthless.
