I wish I would’ve known what I was getting into when I purchased a vehicle from Keystone Chevrolet in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. I’ve always thought they were a reputable business but today I found out different. I purchased a car from them a year ago and am just now finding out that the damage they claimed was fixed when I purchased it was never touched. I’ve had another car lot inspect it and tell me that they shouldn’t have let me drive it off the lot with the damage it has. Went to not ONE BUT TWO different auto shops that both said the exact same thing. I then started doing my own research and found reports that show three different dates for wrecks, pictures of outer damage and air bag’s deployed. Also had a local lawyer tell me that Keystone isn’t a reputable place to buy from. I wish someone would’ve warned me before I purchased my vehicle. At this point I called the gentleman (Tyler ******) that I thought was an honest guy but soon realized he only cared about his commission. He proceeds to tell me the car is fine and your family is safe. I then pulled CARFAX which clearly tells me to have it checked by an auto collision specialist. Went to have that done and they pointed out the frame damage and did an estimate of damage which totaled to almost 7k worth of damage that needs to be fixed in the car. Today I took all of my findings, paperwork from the other car lot and the estimate from the auto collision place to the general manager (Michael *****) and explained what I had found. I explained to him that I didn’t want to take the chance of something happening with my kiddos in the car. I asked if he would just buy it back from us and he said “No but I’ll trade it in for you, we’ll give you the best trade in price around.” Now why would a want another car from this place that clearly doesn’t care about the families they sell to. I truly understand that this is a business and they have a job to do but at least be honest, caring, and compassionate.

They deserve 0 stars!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I believe for myself to be a respectable honorable human being and I was treated terribly. I purchased a vehicle from them last week, and within one week the car had lights flashing tons of things wrong I told them to cancel the loan I do not want this car any longer to much wrong with it as you would expect. They lied and said you can NOT cancel its to late (WHICH IS A LIE YOU HAVE UP TO 14 DAYS) so I called the company my loan was through and they were very respectible and told me they would cancel the loan no problem. I went back to get my trade and they would not release the title, they tried to charge me for using the car for a week. My trade in car had a flat tire, dash lights were unplugged and they pushed us away and told us thats nit their problem and that that car could have had those problems before bringing it in. They were terrible. Monday morning I am calling a lawyer to see if i can sue them for damages done to my vehicle and see about what i can do to get my title back from them legally. The salesman I was dealing with was Miguel and I also delt with a sales manager bald headed guy terrible place dont even look here!!!!!i have pics and videos i will upload also. We brought our car because we needed a part under warranty replaced and to have it done at a dealership. They charged us $145 to scan it and then said it was not the warrantied part, but several other things that would have cost over $3000 to fix. We took the car back to our mechanic and paid him for the part and to replace it. The other problems went away. They are crooks and will try to scam you. Beware having your car serviced there. They will try to cheat you.
