5 starsAfter over a decade with another vendor, our company transitioned to Paycom because of the wide variety of products they offer and the ease of use. Everything about our transition was easy because of the dedicated team at Paycom. We are utilizing their payroll, human resources, benefits, time management, and talent management features. My staff is loving the ease of use and the single sign on to access all the features. My managers enjoy how effortless it is to navigate the portal for their team and their own needs. The customer service team is so responsive and willing to help. Plus, they have amazing training tools to help you familiarize yourself and support your organization's needs. Most HR/Payroll professionals will tell you that they hate moving their company's payroll - but this was the best decision and Paycom's staff has confirmed it was the right move to make.

5 starsI'm satisfied with Paycom, the trainings they provide, and the Customer Service given to me each time I call is second to none. I appreciate the fact that everyone I speak to exceeds my expectations, I couldn't get through my day without their assistance. I especially would like to shout out Jasmine and Savanna their have both gone above and beyond to see that my HR team is well versed in Paycom. They both offer solutions to problems that we are faced with when trying to navigate Paycom. I couldn't be successful without either one of them.Paycom Payroll, LLC

5 starsI'm a newbie to an HR system like Paycom. I have found it easy to use and navigate, and I feel like it gives me managerial power that I didn't have before in that everything is at my fingertips, both for me as an employee and for me as a director. 5 starsMy experience with Paycom has been nothing short of amazing. Like all implementations and new things our company was presented with challenges, but our client relations representative made the transition smooth. Always willing to hop on a call for training, giving solutions to the many intricate questions and concerns our organization has. Our rep has even traveled to perform in-person team refreshers. 4 starsI have been using Paycom for about 6 months now. My Specialists are fantastic and so very helpful. They answer all my questions and have made sure I am fully understanding what I am doing. They show me how to do things and where to go to find things. I have regularly scheduled meetings with them to help me with all the odd things that come up and to set up new systems in the 3 company codes I have.
