1 starWe were with Paycom for 13 months. We had significant tax filing issues which took months to resolve. There was no urgency on their side to complete this.Our set up process was never fully completed. They would not allocate the time needed to finish the process.We had paid $1500 for a customized billing report which they did not work on. When we sent them our intent to terminate and our termination date, they then worked on our report (too late to be of any value to us, but I assume so we could not get a refund of the $1500).We transitioned at the end of November and began payroll with our new software in December. We filed our own government reports for workers comp and paid family leave for 4th quarter. We have requested the $61,000 for those tax withholdings held in escrow by Paycom to be returned to us. After 2.5 months, they still have not returned the money. We have retained a lawyer.We had 10 days to retrieve any information needed from their system. There were a couple of reports that we needed after that 10 day time frame. I asked them if they could provide us with those reports and was told we would need to pay $11,000 for 90 day extended access.This company has the worst customer service policies that I have ever encountered. I would not recommend Paycom to anyone.

2 starsWe've been customers of Paycom for six years. We have several entities and over 300 employees. Over the past two years we have seen numerous errors, high rate of turnover in customer service, and very slow effective response times. Current issues is with filing of w-2's. The wrong company EIN number was used and filed. We reported the error over 3 weeks ago and the issue is still not resolved. The error occurred due to someone at Paycom changing an EIN # while fixing a 401K file feed error. So the fix an error and create a new one. I would NOT recommend anyone to chose Paycom.Paycom Payroll, LLC

5 starsMy employment has been using Paycom for 3 years. The app is very user friendly. I use the app to review my hours, request time off, view prior pay stubs, etc. It's great that I don't need to bother anyone in HR to find out how many vacation days I have left. 5 starsI love working in the Paycom system. I have worked in a few others and this is by far the most user friendly and there are so many helpful tools and people if you don't know what you are doing. I had never ran payroll before and now I am and I feel comfortable with payroll which I never thought I would.Paycom Payroll, LLC

5 starsI have been using the Paycom app mostly on my phone. The app is easy to navigate. In particular, choosing and reviewing employee benefits is very simple with everything from health insurance to life insurance shown in an easy-to-read format. It's also simpler than my company's previous payroll app to request time off and see PTO availability.Paycom Payroll, LLC

Paycom is so user friendly and has had many recent product updates that make our HR, payroll, and recruiting jobs much easier.
