      They took over my client and did not pay commission for employee. They lie and scam business for stolen money from Client of Employee.

      This company Vertical Solutions Roofing installed my new roof, new gutters and did windows re-screening for me. It has been a terrible experience going through two project managers that both left their company during my job, to work not done correctly, work not completed, damages they caused that eventually got fixed and other issues that I will address on consumer reviews websites. I am not happy with the workmanship Vertical Solutions Roofing has provided and cannot recommend them. They are very unprofessional and don't honor their contract. I finally cut my losses and paid them in full minus the work they did not complete as I no longer wanted them working on my property.The problems that I am still having are:1. I cannot get them to send my insurance company a Certificate of Completion so they can close out my claim. My Insurance Claims Adjuster has also contacted Vertical Solutions Roofing asking for the Certificate of Completion. They lied and said they sent it already. 2. I have not received any receipts for the payments I gave them even though I made payment in full on May 21st, 2024. I do have my canceled checks to prove I paid. 3. I also have not received any warranty paperwork for the three warranties I was supposed to receive as stated in their work order ccontract - Vertical Solutions 5 year Workmanship warranty - Manufacturer GAF lifetime Golden Pledge warranty that needs to be submitted to GAF by Vertical Solutions which I've also reported to GAF - Vertical Solutions and Senox 5 year Gutter Warranty 4. Lastly, my friend has not received her $250.00 Referral Bonus that was promised to her and is still currently stated on their website which is Fraud I've reported to the Texas Attorney General also. I have asked for these items from both the ************* and the *************** and was told multiple times I would be receiving them. Now they are not responding.

      1.  We have already sent your insurance company all the documents needed to release depreciation.  

      2.  We have already emailed you all the contracts that you signed with our company, which states the amounts that we collected, which serves as your receipt. But if you like, we can send them to you again.

      3.  We register a manafacturer's warranty directly with the manufacturer, and we don't register it until all the payments are made.  You should receive the manufacturers warranty in the mail within 4-6 weeks

      4. This is the first we've heard of your request about a referral.  If you could please provide us with the name of the customer you referred, we can assist you with this.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1.  Vertical Solutions lied a not sending Allstate the *** (see Allstate's response pic)

      Resolution-  send me and Allstate the *** 

      2.  only contact received was before work was done and before payments were made. 

      resolution- send me an itemized statement of work completed and payments received AFTER they work was done and paid

      3.  GAF Roof warranty

      resolution- send me proof you registered the warranty with GAF

      4.  Vertical Solutions 5 year ROOF Workmanship warranty not received

      Resolution- send me the warranty

      5. Vertical Solutions 5 year GUTTER warranty

      Resolution- send me the warranty

      6.  Referral bonus-Yes your company is aware of the Referral bonus from the beginning in January 2024 with the 1st project manager *******

      I included pics of text with the 2nd Project Manager ***** from February 14,2024 that she would receive the $250.00 bonus

      I also included pic of text with ******************* (owner) from July 3rd, 2024 that she would receive the $250.00 bonus. 

      Resolution- send the Referral person the bonus or that is advertising fraud and send me proof that you did 

      I have proof of everything.  Please just follow through on your promises.

      We have included 5 attachments that resolve your concerns 1-4.  The warranty information is in the work order contract you signed. We have also included the registration number for your golden pledge warranty. We have sent the *** multiple times to your insurance company and since they are saying they still haven't received it, we have attached it for your convenience so you can send it to them directly.  We have attached a payment breakdown as well. Your Referral, *******'s check has been mailed and she should receive it in within a week or so.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I Did not receive the 5 attachments you said you provided.   Please send the responses to my att.net email you have on file.

      Again the work order only shows what was agreed upon before work was done and did not provide any warranty information although it did say I would be provided the 3 warranties I have asked for.  To date I have not receive any of the items I have asked for.

      Allstate said you did provide incomplete information and they replied to you that they needed a complete COC with an itemized receipt which is the same thing i have requested, but not received yet either

      Thank you for sending her referral bonus.  She will notify me when received.
