A storm came and damaged my roof and a few other things. Vertical solutions were in the neighbor and asked me if I wanted them to look at my roof. they checked my roof and said that i had some hail damage. the storm was the 5th of May. they were suppose to give me an estimate and never did. I asked for the estimate several times. should of been a red flag then. I decided they could do the roof and we did paperwork on the18th of ma the fireplace the flashing looks like s*** a first grader could have done a better job . it is a mess. needs to be redone. they put old turbines back on the house not new ones.at the end corners the flashing was up. it didn't look right. I called the company and told them i wanted some things fixed. the owner of the company came out with my screens and looked t everything and said that is how it is suppose to be and if they were to do anything it would mess up the roof. the owner put up the screens and left. I was missing two screens. the owner put back one old screen and the other screens some were dark and others were light. I called and told him about the old screen and he told me he put those screens up and there was no old screens, I told him i would argue with him about that. I have put screens in before. I asked him when would t they get finished up. We are now in the 7th week and they are still not finish. I have no screens on my windows.they broke two frames and they have to be rebuilt. they came out and got all the screens except one bathroom window screen and said they were going to have then redone and get the other two rebuilt. they were suppose to put up a new mail box. they did but it is leaning about to fall over. said they would be back out to fix it. july 11th two men came out and stay maybe 30 minutes and did nothing. came and told me they were going after turbines since they had put the old ones back on.they were suppose to put up a screen door and it has not been put up yet. I feel they thi not finished got more
