    Bought a new house built by home creations. House is fine, their landscaping was s horrible, our neighborhood was not graded properly before building.
    Home creations is turning over HOA residents, but will not release proper information. Builder also did not install mailboxes per HOA bylaws

    I love Home Creations! Our family has bought 3 homes from them with zero issues. Great people.

    Not only were we lied to, we were threatened by the sales rep when the home did not appraise. They threatened to sue us and since they were friends with our realtor she lied and said "you know they can sue you right?" Even though the contract says if you have an FHA loan and it doesn't appraise, you are no longer bound by the contract. When I pointed it out they were suddenly apologetic. Unfortunately they dragged it out so long we ran out of funds to board our animals and were about to be homeless as a result, and our realtor refused to let us back out and look at other homes, so we were backed into a corner by them and the realtor who they were friends with. They lied about the amount of closing costs they cover as well. STAY AWAY. They are untrustworthy, and from reading the complaints and reviews I am not the only one who has had issues, they are shady shady people. Also I have proof of everything that happened.
