    10-09-2024, this company came out for a service call on my heater. When he finished he showed me a picture of a motor that the cap had came off with grease exposed and said that the grease was going to dry out and next year I would need a new unit. I called another heat and air guy who came out and showed me my motor which was alot bigger then the one that was showed me in the picture. The second opinion guy tried to get the cap off and it was sealed on there had never popped off and he told me that since 1990s that these motors are sealed there is no way to oil or grease them and there was nothing wrong with my motor. The nerve of Interstate heat and air to use a pretaken picture to make me think that I needed a new unit. In Nov. 2023, I hired them to fix my ducting. I said there is no air coming out of the vents in my kitchen or living room. they said I'd have to wait until my unit went out because there wasn't enough room to fix it but there was air coming out of it before. They charged me over $6,000.00 for this job and left me without air on the north side of my house. I think they're in business to sell not to fix units.

    ***** was on time, thorough, concerned about my questions/concerns. Sprayed my outside unit cleaning it to help ensure its continued efficiency. Im convinced he cares about his/the companys clients. I always recommend Interstate to those I meet.

    **** is an excellent technician. He is always courteous and has a great deal of knowledge. I was a little frustrated with the new air conditioning system having an issue for the second time with the temperature at least one hundred degrees outdoors. Jake was calm and explained the issue and showed me the problem with the unit. He searched for my warranty and quickly took care of the issue. The calmness and understanding starts with calling the office. I verbalized my concern and felt heard. The office team member provided me with options and patiently waited for my response. I have referred individuals to this outstanding company. I am a member of the maintenance program and so are the individuals I referred. Thank you, Interstate Heat and Air, for your ongoing professionalism and for the honest, knowledgeable members on your team.

    Blue Ribbon First Class! ******** and ****** performed beyond expectations with professionalism, courtesy and skill. They made the tough job of replacing my 43-year old AC / coil look easy. These gentlemen are good employee models for Interstate ********** and so is **** ****.Attention to detail and doing everything required to complete a timely, proper installation is rare in todays worldThank you Interstate, ****, ******************

    Service was fantastic, technician was very real with me on the diagnosis and didn’t try to up charge on services I didn’t need at the moment. We’d been dealing with hot temps for two weeks. Interstate was anble to come out within a few hours (Was not an emergency call) and they found our refrigerant was low. They topped us off and by the evening our house back to normal!
    Five stars!

    Answering service was wonderful. Service tech was polite and professional. Showed up on time. Explained everything and was not condescending. Gave me options and let me decide on the days service.

    They are outstanding. We had our a/c unit put In 4 years ago. They asked about where we had hot/cold spots and worked with us fixing those. We are pleased with our unit. Today was a bi-yearly service for the summer heat! Our technician was super friendly, asked questions about our unit. He went above and beyond! If you are looking for a new unit this is the place to go
