5 starsGrateful for the annual membership with Interstate that keeps my HVAC units running optimally. Inspections have discovered small gas leaks and low coolant levels, and Interstate has been great partners when we had some foundation work done in our crawl space. 5 starsMy heat stopped during 8 degree weather, called, got help within an hour. The system had not been insulated correctly but *** fixed it, showed me what he had done with pictures before and after. I just purchased the house so make sure you check insulation when your home is inspected. Great service, will definitely use only this business.Interstate Heat & Air Conditioning

5 starsMy wife and I have enjoyed excellent service through Interstate Heat and Air for over 16 years; so, we were not surprised when ****** came to provide our twice-yearly warranty service. It was his first visit with us, but, every technician that Interstate has sent to provide the service over the years has been excellent. Austin was, too. He was personable, efficient and very goal directed. He answered any and all questions, and provided new information that was very helpful. In this day of changing climate and the sickness that comes with it, ****** advised us of a new product that Interstate offers. It was an air cleaner that works through our exhaust system at 99% efficiency. It works to cut dust and lint buildup in your exhaust system, and most importantly, disease buildup in our system, too. It was at a reasonable cost, and one that both my wife and I felt like it would be a very important addition to our services through Interstate. ****** provided information to all our questions and added additional information from Interstate telephone contact. At our age (mid-seventies), we felt like it would be an important addition for us and our family members and friends. Of course, ****** provided a very conscientious revies of all our heating and cooling equipment. His visit took about twice as long as an Interstate technician requires. However, none of his time was wasted. Certainly, setting up our new equipment and providing information for us took additional time; however, his efficiency in providing services like cleaning our heat and air filters and cleaning our exhaust vents was in addition to checking the functions of our heat and air equipment. Some readers might feel like "an old couple got taken on the purchase of the air filtering equipment. We don't think so. We feel like an element of safety was added to our home. "Thanks, ******! And, Thanks, Interstate Heat and Air." See you in six months for our second bi-annual inspection and tune-up.Review fromRikki S
