    The salesman came to my door offering a one time service for pest control for $49.95. I agreed and he asked for my credit card. I told him no, that I would pay by check the day the job was done. He asked me to sign the iPad to set up an appointment. The signature space was very small so he changed screens and even added to my signature. The company now says I signed a contract and owed them $304 for early termination fee. And a 1.5 percent fee on monthly balance. Statement was sent Aug 28 for $304. I received another statement today Sept 15 for $384. No amount of conversation would dissuade this woman. Who, by the way, told me, after trying other departments, that she takes care of all. ***************** bookkeeping, billing, manager. Also that ALL calls, including out of state go directly to her. I am currently trying to put an end to this scam. Not even going to mention what they did to my lawn.

    I had *** come out to my property offering a $50.00 promotion for their services. I accepted and they had me sigh a contract. We were standing in my driveway without shade. I thought maybe their product worked. Boy was I ever wrong! I was under the impression that with a pest control company it will rid me of the bugs in my yard. Well a month after application I had Crickets all over. Next came the Army Worms and the scorpions and lastly the curled leaf fruit caterpillars. On top of this my 3 pets ended up with fleas. We spent $300 for *********** control at our veterinary office. I have lost 2 trees and have problems with 2 more. $200 for trees. Now to ****** my contract it will cost me $480.00. They will not replace my trees or reimburse me for the Veterinarian visit and meds. Beware Of BRD Pest Solutions, putting you under thumb screws. I called their office not once but multiple times and they were too busy to take my calls most of the time. I was redirected to leave a voicemail and was promised a call back. Call backs never happened! Then I was informed that the first visit by their business was only putting down a solution to draw out the young bugs or hatch the eggs while killing adults. The next service it to control all the bugs. But no reimbursement for my out of pocket of over $500, just canceling my contract at a cost to me of $480.00.
