    They door knocked my home and talked me into hiring them to do quarterly treatments. They have come out on June 12th and August 7th. Nothing has changed. I still have just as many pests since the day they knocked on my door. I was told it included mosquitoes and now they're saying that's a whole other service and charge. I still have yellowjackets everywhere and that was my major concern. Well now they won't let me cancel without paying a huge cancelation fee. I was told the contract was quarter to quarter but when canceled they said it was a year long contract and that I should have read the fine print. I told them I'd report them to the BBB they said BBB doesn't matter because you're part of the government. So apparently they're maga too so

    On June 20, 2025 a young man came to our door soliciting business. He apparently walked around our gate as the driveway gate was shut. He was representing a pest solution company, BRD Pest solutions. As we were having problems with red wasps we were interested in his service. He said his treatment would take care of the wasps. He was pitching an annual contract at a special rate of $299. He said that would be six treatments over the year. He said we could cancel at any time. My husband signed the contract and I wrote a check for 134.99. Second treatment would be free in 30-45 days. The treatment was not especially effective and we had another company come out as well. On Saturday, August 16 we got a text saying they were at our gate and wanted in to do treatment. No notice or appointment had been made. We were out of town and said we were not happy with the service and wanted to cancel. He said we had to call office to cancel. This was 60 days after first treatment. Upon calling office multiple times over several days we finally connected with someone on August 22. We said we wanted to cancel and were told if we did we would have to pay 80% of contract price and discounts would go away. Required payment of 431.96. We paid and then a week or so later they processesed the check we had written for 134.99 so we are out a total of 566.95. And we only got one treatment! We have complained to the local office and to corporate office but no response! The cancellation policy on the contract is almost unreadable and we were told it could be cancelled at any time and never mentioned the 80% required. I believe they are falsely advertising and scamming people with their solicitations and contracts and fake discounts

    I was informed when I agreed to the service that I could concell anytime and I thought it was a one time service and when I tried to concell the service they told me I had to pay 80 percent to concell the service. I told them it was a scam and I would be reporting them. They then charged me 349 dollars. I think they do this regularly and should be stopped

    I have been attempting to contact company since July 15, 2025, and I have yet to receive any response or call back. I was initially reaching out to change my service address because I moved on June 30. After weeks of me calling, texting, and emailing and still not getting a reply, I requested to terminate my service. I emailed that request on July 28, 2025 to ******************************, and I once again did not receive a response. I have record of contacting them on July 15, July 20, July 24, July 28, August 6, August 12. On August 4, I received a sales text from “******.” I texted multiple times to “please call me,” to which they responded with a text about offering aggressive discounts. Then they stated they would call from +*********** in a few minutes but never did. Today, August 12, 2025, after calling and texting I received a reply stating that if I wish to cancel my account I need to speak with an account manager. I called the business number again, and someone finally answered. I told her this was the first time actually speaking to a real person and informed her of my issues and need to cancel. She attempted to transfer me to “that department,” but there was no answer. She returned to the line and stated I would receive a call back from the department who handles that. I am still waiting. The office number I call and text is ***** *********

    I wish to buy out of a contract that I signed with the company. It was a deceptive contract and I simply wish to buy out of it. It says a buyout is acceptable in the contract itself, but the company does not respond to any text or email requests I have sent to them. I have attempted multiple emails and text message threads but none have warranted any sort of customer support to reach back out to me. I would like to add that this company has the worst customer support I have ever had to try and deal with.

    In my contract with BRD pest solutions it is started that after the initial service, which took place June 12th, that the follow up service would take place 30-45 days later. The follow up service was not scheduled until August 15th, which is 64 days after the initial service. I wanted out of my contract because they did not fulfill what was said in the contract. I was forced to either deal with the delayed service or buyout my contract. I opted to buyout for the amount that their contract called for. $431.96 was the buyout amount and I want to be refunded because they breached their own contract and refused to give any sort of credit in exchange.
