    I turned in my 2018 *** 5 series to have work completed concerning the oil and coolant leak I also got my engine mounts replaced. On Wednesday December 20 I received a call that all work was completed. After signing paperwork and paying the full amount in cash. Shortly after leaving car began to over heat shut off twice became hard to start. And the check engine low oil pressure which appears in blue and low coolant light appeared. They currently still have my vehicle and my money. I have not received a call or update concerning my vehicle. I have a claim with **************************** case number G898079

    My story is too long to explain in full, so I will try to be as brief as possible. I dropped my car off for a basic service, they were an up a immediately needed with the red flag. The total they offered was over $9,000. I took one thing off and it was going to still be close to $6,000. They kept my car over a month, with no updates. A few other incidents happened and I was finally told that car was ready. I got ready to pull out of the parking lot and all the warnings went off. I pulled back in. Showed them and asked to get a loaner. The vehicle manager who operates the loaner ***** told the young kid working the desk to come out and tell me there is no car. I finally raised my voice a little. I asked to talk to the manager. NO WAY. The representative told me he would bring me a car to my house and switch them for me that night. It is now Friday, and I still have a broken car. I have contacted them daily and I had one response from the dealership. Ive also already paid them $5600 already. And its not fixed.who has the money and wont help now?? BTW I have owned over 20 BMWs and this the worst experience ever. I will NEVER buy a car from again and avoid their service as much as possible. Plus they are so overpriced.

    ************ brought his vehicle in on March 14th 2024 for service work. We did a complete brake job and also inspected the vehicle. ************ did not respond to our text, emails and phone calls for 2 weeks. in our inspection we found multiple items that needed attention. Coolant leak, thrust arm bushings, 4 wheel alignment, rear brake pads, and coolant pump. he approved the work but turned down replacement of the struts-which are leaking severely.

    When *********** came to pick up his vehicle the park distance control module light came on. this was a preexisting problem with his vehicle.  I understand his frustration with his vehicle but it is our job to always inform the customer what is wrong  and to recommend repairs. He has a 2017 with ****** miles on it. It needed work.

    he is on the list for a rental when one is available. We schedule two weeks out for a loaner currently
