Started off great but ended poorly. I hired ****** and his team over a period of 2 months for handyman jobs initially like painting and shower replacement and soon gave him bigger tasks like replacing my siding for 2 separate properties. He did well in the beginning and completed his tasks. Sometimes I paid him in advance because I trusted him. But for the last project, he did not finish what he had promised. His team had by mistake cut off the wiring supplying electricity to half the home when they were replacing the siding. This among several other tasks were not addressed although I had paid him in full. I plan to take legal action

Hello, good afternoon, we finished all the assigned tasks, everything he asked of us was finished, we painted the house inside and out. The client comments that there are two different properties for which we changed the siding. It is not true, we only changed the siding of one property to which it was finished and painted in two colors!! At the time of wanting to check the electricity, the client had problems with his air conditioning due to this situation, he asked me and I have the text message in which he asks me not to worry about the Electricity anymore because he is going to fix it beforehand. I was ready and prepared with an electrician to fix the accident that occurred when removing the old siding by mistake, we disconnected a line... but all the work he asked us to do was done... I have images in which the client asks me to do extra work which we do at no cost.**We painted the house inside and out **we made repairs to the cabinets **we made repairs to the doors **we remove old siding and install new siding and paint it **new steps for the entrance **we repaired both garage doors everything agreed was done I have photos of everything already finished as well as the text message he sent me in which he asked me not to worry about the Electricity anymore.Below I send you the message that the client sent me, I have the image of his phone number ***Ok for now don't worry about the electricals. Please finish the paint and the master wall by Friday. Let me know if you need more time, otherwise I assume it's enough time to finish everything **
