We have a 2017 Pacifica under warranty and the service shifter message has left us stranded 4 times. The service department has the vehicle more than I do at this time. Only get 3 days of car rental and Chris Nickel can’t even look at the car to diagnose the issue in that time. Service department doesn’t return calls. When you can get through they can’t or won’t tell you anything. Don’t have your car serviced here if you have a choice. After 5 Dodge vehicles purchased from Chris Nickel. I will not be doing business with them again.

I can't even begin to share all the frustration we have felt concerning our Jeep "repair". Where to begin? Every time I spoke with Danny on the phone he was in a hurry to rush me off and was not actively listening to our concerns. Example, we started experiencing a shimmy in the front end which progressively got worse. We explained this was not an issue prior to the accident. It was as if Danny wasn't listening. He said the issue was the tires not being rotated, all four tires needed to be replaced and they needed to be rotated every 1000 miles. No, that's not a typo. 1k miles. Guess what?. We went to Discount Tire and we only needed the front tires replaced due to flats spots, most likely from the accident. When we received the Jeep back the FIRST time, we found the spare wheel was heavily damaged, there were paint runs and heavy orange peel in the paint. We dropped the vehicle off again. A week later, Danny called and said the Jeep was ready. He said he "gave it a good hard look" and they "tried to make sure the work was done properly. It was not. There are still paints runs. I found multiple bolts that were not tightened down and bolts backed way off. Our next call is Jeep USA to attempt to have this resolved.

Had truck in for warranty. Repair, while there they recommended. Some other Maintenace on the 2015 Ram Eco Diesel and i said yes. Which was a little over a thousand. dollars. Got the truck home and it started showing no oil pressure., took it back and after spending another $1200.00 was told engine was bad. After all that they offered me a $1000.00 trade in on it. Brought the truck home and sold it to a person said he is a mechanic. And he called me the next day and said he fixed it. In the meantime I went and bought a new truck believing the engine was bad. So now Ii am in debt for a truck by beliving them.
Spoke with the service manager and he responded basically that people make mistakes, and he would speak with them about it. I told him I would also give them bad recommendations to everyone I meet. I feel like I was taken advantage of.. **** ********

The customer was offered a remedy to the needed repair. The vehicle had a oil pressure light coming on. We performed diagnostic tests to find the root cause. There are two possible remedies. We replaced the oil pressure sending unit which senses the oil pressure of an engine and transmits it to the powertrain control module . The light was still on. We found that it was below 10 PSI at idle when the engine is at operating temperature. We check with a manual gauge. This result indicates the internal engine failure. Our recommendation was to replace the engine due do this result, age, and miles. The customer declined replacement.

Yes they probably did those tests, but it was the wrong thing that needed to be done. When they changed the oil on the truck they should have seen that the oil filter housing was stopped up since it was blocking the oil flow and causing the oil pressure light and gauge to show it was low. When I spoke with the Service Manager he himself told me that they should have caught that. Now I am in debt because I had to buy another vehicle because I was told the engine was bad. I think the least that could be done is to give me a refund, that want take the bad taste out of my mouth but I could use the money to pay on the new vehicle and help with the debt there mis diagnosis made.

Finance department used bait & switch tactic for warranty sale. I purchased a Gladiator from Chris ***** in 2021 and when I got to the finance department I told the finance manager, Matt ********* that I did not want an extended warranty as I tend to not keep my vehicles long enough to take advantage of it. He acknowledged it didn't make sense if I didn't keep the vehicle for a longer term, but he then offered me a ***** Money Back Guarantee warranty telling me that if I decided to sell or trade in the vehicle in a couple of years I would get 100% of the warranty cost back as long as I hadn't made a claim under the warranty. As part of the pitch he shared an anecdote of a customer who had purchased a Ram pickup and decided to upgrade a year later and was able to get 100% of the warranty cost refunded because he had purchased the money-back guarantee warranty, so I agreed. Two months ago I sold my Gladiator back to Chris ***** and when I received the warranty refund check from *** it was about $600 less than I paid. I made multiple calls to the finance department with each person I talked to saying they or someone would call me back with an answer regarding the remaining refund, but no one ever called back. I finally went to their website and emailed Ethan ***** the finance director, and Ethan responded that the ***** Money Back is only guaranteed if you keep the vehicle for the full warranty term and do not use the coverage. I explained to him this was not how the warranty was marketed to me by his department and Mr. ******** positioned it as being ideal if I sold or traded the vehicle within a couple of years, not that I would have to keep the vehicle for 7 years or 75,000 miles which would have been an absolute no from me. Ethan's response was basically that I misunderstood when purchasing the vehicle. So either Mr. ******** lied when selling the warranty or Mr. **** is lying, or their finance department is inept - all of which is unacceptable.
