4 starsThis was the first time using an auto transporter. The lady that helped me was very friendly and straight up with the price. Although it was during a Holiday weekend; it went smoothly. My vehicle was delivered the next day with reassurance from the group they worked with. Overall, it was a good experience.Easy Auto Ship

1 starI signed an agreement with them to arrange transport of my car a month prior to my departure. The agent assured me the quote posted was reasonable and that there would be no problem. I received no communication and as my pickup window approached I was reassured that they would find a carrier. When I had no carrier 2 days into the window, the agent said I may have to pay $50 more. On the day of my departure I got a call informing me that the $900. Had to be increased to $1250 in order to get a carrier. I was stuck - had to make arrangements with a neighbor who was willing to deliver the car to the carrier several days after my departure. The pickup was then delayed an additional day and the delivery wasnt made until 5 days later. It was less than ************************************************************************** relief. I had to rent a car at the destination 3 additional days- no reduction or consideration from this company. Dont use them,Easy Auto Ship

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our company, however it could have been avoided. When you booked your transport a month in advance the broker let you know that the one day window you requested was in the middle of our peak busy season and the area you were shipping from was a harder area for us to find carrier in so it might be hard for us to acquire a carrier in one day. He suggested opening up your window to a 3 day window to give us the proper time to secure a carrier. You let him know you were going to touch base with your neighbor to see if they could hold the car for you and give it over to the carrier if you were unable to be there. You called us back and booked the order for a 3 day window which you failed to mention in this review. We did get a driver for pick up and they did want more money however that is not something you had to take. You were able to say no and we could have found a carrier that would have taken it for the original amount.Review fromJan T

4 starsAll went smoothly with delivery even sooner than expected. I did notice a dent in the left rear bumper that wasnt there prior to picking up the truck. I shouldve examined the truck more closely when it was delivered but it was at night and I missed it.Easy Auto Ship

4 starsCar was shipped in great condition in a covered trailer. They worked with me when a transporter had to cancel. I'm only giving 4 stars because I did have to call a few times to get updates, but they were responsive and friendly!Easy Auto Ship
