  The whole operation went great. ****, the driver and ******** were excellent owners. The couple were friendly, understanding, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about their job. I would recommend this couple for any and all of your future car transporting jobs. Thank you ******

  I was in dire need to ship my car from ********** to ********. Easy ********** helped me quickly and very efficiently. The person I communicated with on the phone whenever I had any questions or concerns was *******. She was very helpful during the process of finding me a driver to ship my car and easy to communicate with when I needed to ask someone about the shipment of my car. She connected me to ***** the driver for the shipment of my car. I forgot the name of the shipping company he was with. ***** was also easy to communicate with during the shipment from beginning to end. I paid a down-payment at the beginning and once ***** dropped my car off I paid for the rest of the cost. I would highly recommend using Easy ********** for their customer service and reliability to ship my car.

  Their service was great. ******* was very pleasant to work with. The cost to ship was reasonable and exactly as quoted. The car was picked up and arrived at the destination as stated.

  I used their services to Ship my car from ******* to *******. I was promised delivery in 5 days, unfortunately I received the car after 10 days from the original schedule and dates which were discuss and were on the contract. Once you give them the deposit of 200$ there is no communication from the coordination team. they don't care. One fine morning - 1 hour before pickup they will call to say the driver on the way to pick up the car and if you are not available to hand over the keys they will have to reschedule which may take another week. Again once they pick up the car there is no communication, I was told once the car is picked we will receive it in ******* in 5 days, it took them 9 days and on repetitive calling / email had no response from coordination team to let us know the status. Am lucky they at least deliver after 9 days. Same issue on return, they will call 1 hour before delivery, if you are not there to accept the car it will be reschedule depending on their convenience. The biggest complain I have is they don't communicate once they receive the deposit.These same people who used to call you 10 times a day to earn your business act like strangers once you sign the contract and pay them the deposit.Everyday you have to wait or arrange someone to be there for pickup or delivery of the car. Its pathetic customer service. There are better companies with good open communication.good luck Regards

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience. We were in the middle of an out of state move and we had contacted *** ***** prior for our Jeep and two motorcycles. They didn't show up on the first scheduled day, then we got a call an hour before the next day that they said they would be there and cancelled on us. We were driving out of state to move the following day. I was frantic and started calling around. My second call was to Easy Auto Ship as the first place I called didn't offer motorcycle transport. **** picked up and knew right away that I was a mess and needed assistance right away. She assured me every step of the way that she was going to make this happen for us, on the day I called. To my surprise, we had an enclosed trailer come to our home and picked up the three vehicles that very night. They safely arrived the morning we were getting to our new home ourselves. They worked with us and our family who were there to take delivery. I cannot, and I mean CANNOT, thank **** and Easy Auto Ship enough for all they had done for us and with such short notice. THANK YOU **** for making this the best and easiest part of our move! What a lifesaver. THANK YOU!

  Moved from ******* to ******* and had the best experience working with Easy Auto Ship. Efficient, on time, amazing service from the very first time you talk to them and great price. Service provided in less than 10 days despite the long distance.

  Our experience with Easy was easy. They picked up the car a day earlier but called in advance to verify that we could accommodate. The car was loaded in ****** and arrived in ********, four days later. We were given enough time to prepare payment and the delivery went without any problems. Charges were as indicated when scheduled, a deposit at time of scheduling and the balance at delivery. We would definitely use Easy again.

  Great Experience. Had never shipped a vehicle before and was inundated with scores of offers to do so but based on some due diligence, contracted with EAS. They weren't the cheapest, nor most expensive but the entire process was smooth, customer service was responsive, and the vehicle was picked up and delivered on-time.

  We had an amazing experience dealing with **** and Easy Auto Ship. We bought the car from a very difficult seller and she helped us through every step of the way. We are so happy to finally have the car at home with us now.I've read some of the other reviews here and see some issues. One in particular is the payment upon receipt: it was clearly communicated to me that a certain amount would be due the driver on delivery. I was given a price upfront and understood the division of payment and my responsibility. There was no confusion whatsoever.
