    This is what customer service is all about. Im super nervous just parking my car in any grocery store parking lot but some how I'm ok sending my car over a 1000 miles away with easy auto ship and only because of Gary *******. He calms the nerves and always always just a phone call away! Thanks again Gary!

    We had a wonderful experience with Easy Auto Ship moving our vehicle east coast to west coast Jan 2025. Shanon took my initial call and answered all of my questions. She followed up, as agreed a week later, having located an enclosed transport for our date range. Once paperwork and contracts were completed I immediately got a call from our carrier to schedule the pickup a week later. One hiccup - carrier called to ask about a day early pickup due to weather forecast that wasn’t looking friendly. Fortunately we could adjust. Driver was excellent with updates of arrival time and the load-in was done in 10 minutes. With the early launch we had made arrangements for a friend to receive the vehicle on the other end…they were impressed with the unload-vehicle condition was excellent and the driver even air blew the exterior of the car to remove travel dust…will absolutely use them again in the spring!

    Carrier that was assigned was not good. Bad communication, does not speak English, lied about pick up time and date, and damaged car during transport. Called in a claim before taking delivery during inspection and was told to pay the balance and they would file the claim. Now close to two months later Easy Auto Ship closes the claim which has not been settled due to lack of response or communication from the Carrier *** ***** *******. Do not use this carrier, Easy Auto Ship claims to have insurance but it is not the case- they say they vette carriers and require them to have insurance and have a contingency insurance. If the carrier does not cooperate with the deductible amount on their policy they are responsible to pay then no choice but to file a lawsuit. Damage was in excess if $3,000.

    We appreciate you submitting this review so we can help educate on this subject. When we send you terms and conditions we as a business expect you to read them before you sign them in this case you clearly did not read them and just signed them. In our contract we state that Easy Auto Ship does have insurance however it is a contingency policy that only goes into effect if the carrier we select to transport your vehicle does not have insurance. In this case your carrier did or we wouldn't have been able to file a claim with their insurance. When we filed the claim we let you know that if the claim gets accepted by the insurance company that they will pay everything but the deductible and that is on the carrier to pay that not Easy Auto Ship. You said that was fine and wanted to proceed. Even though in the previous emails the carrier did not accept responsibility for the damage which is why we filed the claim. So you were very much aware of this going into the situation so we are having a hard time understanding why now all of the sudden you are shocked that the carrier isn't paying the deductible on damage that they didn't cause. We closed the claim on our end because we filed a claim with the carriers insurance who then took over the claim- that is how the process works. The one piece of advice we give all customers is to read the terms and conditions prior to signing so you understand the process so when issues like this arise you are prepared for them. We are a broker not a carrier- we do not have trucks or drivers, we hire companies to transport your vehicle which was also made clear to you. And your estimates were so high because you had them replacing items that were not even damaged on the vehicle- the damage was on the rear fender not on the front bumper the only thing on the front bumper were scuffs they could have been buffed out and the estimate shows the entire front bumper needing replaced. Scuffs do not require an entire front fender to be replaced, they can be easily buffed out. You also submitted a claim on a Saturday then immediately left negative feedback asking why no one reached out to you 10 minutes after you submitted your claim. Unfortunately our damage claims department does not work weekends, however after you rudely left negative feedback they came into the office to respond to your claim letting you know the carrier is also closed on the weekends and they will reach back out on Monday with more information. At the end of the day we were transparent with the deductible the carrier had prior to filing the claim and you aggressively emailed us because you were impatient and wanted the claim closed and we weren't moving as fast as you wanted. We filed the insurance claim and let you know that the carrier had the $2500 deductible and we were not responsible for it that the carrier was and you agreed to that. We are very transparent with the entire process so you know what to expect- In addition you received a payout from the insurance company- we understand it wasn't the full amount but they still paid out then you filed a claim with your insurance company as a brand new claim and didn't tell them that another insurance company had already paid out. So you wanted us to pay the $500 towards your deductible onto of the carriers insurance paying out and also your personal insurance company paying out as well. That is fraud and something that we will not take a part in. Had you filed a subrogation claim with your insurance company instead of telling us to file with the carriers insurance company we 100% would have paid the $500 to you directly for that amount. We do have a damage free guarantee however we will not take part in insurance fraud which is what you want us to do. We were willing to be helpful and try to get this situation fixed and we did submit the claim and they did pay out. And we apologize for the issues you are having with the carrier not paying the deductible, we did let you know upfront before the claim was filed that they would be responsible for paying the deductible and gave you the option for a subrogation claim. We honored our contract however we are unable to participate in insurance fraud.

    This is the second year I've used Easy Auto Ship to have my daughter's vehicle transported from ********* to her college in upstate ********. The process was SO EASY from start to finish. Once a carrier was assigned to us, we received a call, email and a text...very efficient. The driver picked up the car right in front of our home a few days after we placed the order...and the car was delivered safe and sound right to my daughter's campus. Each driver each year has been pleasant, efficient, and has provided good communication on their journey. Pick up and drop off has been seamless. I would definitely recommend Easy Auto Ship for your vehicle transport needs!
