1 starCalled Easy auto Ship. Brokered my car to AP Faster auto Transport. Driver told my me vehicle would arrive in 3 days. Little did I know this was the start of a nightmare.
Once they assign your order out to a dispatch, they pretty much wipe their hands clean and have zero control whatsoever. They send you a dispatch number, but the person on the dispatch line barely communicates with you. So, you are pretty much stuck in limbo with 0 updates on your car My vehicle took 8 days to arrive. The customer service couldn’t get a hold of the driver or dispatcher to locate my vehicle or what the issue was with me receiving my vehicle. The driver showed up at 2:30am to deliver my vehicle and only offered $50 off the price for my inconvenience. ******** ** ** ** ****** **** ********** * *** ******* ***** DO NOT RECOM

1 star*************. Took over a week for my delivery, after I was told I would have my vehicle in 3 days. They only offered $50 off! Delivery was at 2:30am! **************** couldnt even contact the driver or transport manager to locate my vehicle. 10/10 would not recommend!Review fromMary M

5 starsGreat experience though I wish it were not as expensive, but hey thats business. Very accommodating working with pick up point that had its uncertainties. Delivery driver was good, got non-running car placed with no problems, would definitely hireagain.Easy Auto Ship

5 starsMy driver put me at ease who was kind and quickly secured my vehicle onto the trailer. I became concerned when the delivery time window from the office went over a little over four hours that evening. I reached out to my driver and he responded. When we met at the agreed location I believed to have smelled rubber, but all looked and ran well as I drove away. Thank you again!Easy Auto Ship

5 starsAwesome ! Driver walked to pick up my Jaguar in a gated community! loaded car and shipped to my destination in timely manor. Car arrived un damaged and he also showed my how to work my jaguar emergency brake. i had no clue how to release it. would definitely ube EASY AUTO SHIP AGAIN !Easy Auto Ship

5 stars2015 Prius MCO-SLC This was our first automobile shipment and I have to admit that I had some concerns. Our **** *******, was great, answered all my questions and with two weeks lead time, scheduled our pickup with a tentative arrival 4 days later.On the day before pickup, **** texted us a 4 hr window for the following day and then an arrival time the following morning which he met with 5 minutes to spare.The same process was repeated for the delivery with an estimate the night before and an arrival time the next day which was met within 5 minutes. Both pickup and drop off were efficient and professional and we are very happy with the experience.Easy Auto Ship
