              I moved out at the end of my lease on May 31st, 2023, after giving notice that I was not re-newing my lease around January and leaving them my forwarding address in May. I have not received anything from them, not my security deposit or a letter explaining what my deposit has been used for, and it has been over 30 days since I moved out. I would like my full deposit back.

              I reached out in response to a posting on Zillow to schedule a tour for a property and was sent a number of qualifications. I was then advised that just to set up a TOUR I would need to provide a copy of my ID and provide proof of income to meet the 3x the rent criteria in order to schedule a viewing. I’m not doing that. I’ve went to view several units recently and none of that is required, higher price point, better area. They are out of their minds if they think I’m giving my info before even laying eyes on the property. What if I get there and don’t see what I like?? Why would I just give you that and for what reason?? Giving scam. Not to mention someone in the leasing office going back and forth with me via Zillow after I declined to provide that info and we mutually agreed that it would not be a good fit for me since I don’t agree with the policy. They should have no vacancies if they have the time to go back and forth with ppl on Zillow on a Sunday afternoon.

              Thanks for noticing how hard our people work, even on a Sunday afternoon. They really do go the extra mile, even when it ultimately results in a prospective resident deciding to rent elsewhere.

              Going back and forth and harassing a stranger who is requesting to tour a unit is not what I would call working hard or going the extra mile. It’s literally harassment because they had nothing better to do with their time. Especially after I said I would not be doing that and I didn’t agree with the policy and told her to have a nice day. You have one as well.
