I had decided to call after reading all the great reviews to get a quote on trimming up my oak tree. They showed up at my house and the a few minutes later I get an email stating the following “Gatorback Tree Service is unable to quote your job due to the large contract we signed that has our schedule booked through the winter.” If that is not the most generic response of not having to deal with it that I have ever seen. Poor business. The sad thing I saw them show up.

I was told by our landlord that he hired Gatorback to cut trees down in our backyard. At first I was really excited because the trees were old and we have heavy branches that would fall on a daily basis. We went away overnight and arrived the next day to our backyard being filled with trash! It literally looked like the crew had had their lunch and decided it was too much work to just throw their stuff away in the trash cans that were a few feet away. There was empty gatorade and water bottles in a huge pile on the ground and a half empty bag of chips just laying around. They also just put our outdoor funiture any kind of way even though we moved everything prior to them arriving to the point that they broke one of my flower pots and also had stuff laying on my plants! They also moved our nextdoor neighbors picnic table which made no sense since it was not even in our backyard. I just don't understand. I have pictures and have sent them to various people and everyone says the same thing, really unprofessional. We did nothing to warrant how they treated our property. There are other companies that can cut down trees for you and also be respectful to your property. If anyone needs pics of proof they can get in touch with me.
