BBB has received information that this business has been sending excessive unsolicited emails to consumers, some requesting payment for products and/or services consumers did not order. The business address provided to consumers is located within Wilmington College, but a call to Wilmington College confirmed they have no affiliation with any business by this name, and that the address is not valid. Mail to the business has been returned as undeliverable. According to consumers, the business has sent communications from the following email addresses:

BBB is advising consumers who have received unsolicited emails from this business not to reply, not to click on any suspicious links in the emails, and to utilize any filters or spam-blocking tools from their email provider to try and prevent future harassment. If you have clicked on a suspicious link, or suspect your computer's safety might have been compromised, BBB advises taking steps to detect and remove any potential malware on your computer. Finally, forward any unwanted or deceptive messages to:

-The Federal Trade Commission at [email protected]. Be sure to include the complete spam email.
-Your email provider. At the top of the message, state that you're complaining about being spammed. Some email services have buttons that allow you to mark messages as junk mail or report them spam.
-The sender's email provider, if you can tell who it is. Most web mail providers and ISPs want to cut off spammers who abuse their system. Again, make sure to include the entire spam email and say that you're complaining about spam.
