2 starsThis company has major issues. I scheduled my dumpster online and everything went through... Received a confirmation. Great, right? Wrong. The next day I received a text from their rep saying they needed to "verify something" before "confirming the order". I called back and the person who answered the phone looked up my order and said it "didn't go through". I questioned how that could be as I received a confirmation. He insisted it did not go through and proceeded to ask a ton of questions they already had the answers to. Fast forward, I received multiple email confirmations, to an email address not associated with THIS order, with multiple charges to my credit card. In addition, one of the charges was for more money than any of the invoices. While this was THEIR mistake, they made me jump through hoops to get the refund on the bogus dumpster they booked AND on the overcharge that didn't match either invoice. Delivery of the dumpster was okay, however there was garbage already in the dumpster upon arrival. As for pick-up... We will see. They confirmed pick up for Tuesday, May 21st (latest by Friday the 24th). It is the end of day Thursday the 23rd. We'll see if they pick-up tomorrow. Seems like they delay pickup to use your site as their holding area until they book the next job. Stick with a local company it will save you time.Dumpsters.com

5 starsI use my local Dumpsters.com business for construction debris removal for my kitchen and bathroom remodeling business. When I call them, they always pick up and have a dumpster available per my request. They are very prompt with both the drop off and pick up times and dates. It’s nice to know that I have a dependable company there when I need them. I would recommend them to any friend or business owner.Dumpsters.com

5 starsMy experience with Dumpster.co was fantastic. Being that this was my first experience with the use of a dumpster; Dumpster.com walked me right through the process. They suggested the size I would need; gave me the time, location drop-off, cost and # to call upon completion of my job. The dumpster was picked up promptly and effortlessly. There was continued communication throughout the process. There are many companies and outlets not worth the paper their contracts are written on. 1 starIf i could leave a zero i would, they went to the wrong address, i call3d, they refused to send someone out, scamed me out of my money wouldn't recomend these people at all, said they would call and didnt, but made sure to take that "no show" fee when they didnt even go to the right placeDumpsters.com
