    This company is a scamthey have a hidden subscription!! I bought a swimsuit years ago, and only realized now that they have been charging a subscription every year!!!

    Ordered a Suit for 2 day shipping. Paid extra for shipping. It has now been over 5 days still haven't received my Suit. Customer service did refund my extra 2 day shipping cost , but still haven't received anything. Now indicated it will be delivered in 2 days. While I'm already on vacation. So now the suit is not needed and will be returning it. I'm sure that will be a grueling process as well. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this Company.

    Im a loyal Swim Outlet customer of many, many years- going back to the days when we ordered by mail or phone! Bad on me that I just noticed that the membership fee has been double charged for the past three years. Bad on Swim Outlet- that their customer service cannot fix this beyond this year. If you have a membership- make sure you are not being double charged! Not happy about this because they were my go to online shop for swimwear and equipment.

    Two years ago I purchased bathing suits but did NOT sign up for a membership. I just received a membership fee on a NEW charge card that wasnt even used on the original order (which was 2 years ago.) They said they would refund my money, however, they were NOT able to tell me how they got new card information that I NEVER GAVE THEM.

    I purchased products/monthy service membership fee from SwimOutlet but when I went to close out my account apparently they do not manage their finances they contract this out - I was unable to retrieve and erase my credit card number and they could not do it for me. I emailed them and the company did not answer my reply to have this taken care of. I tried to resolve myself with the company I was told was managing it, but I was provided the wrong company information. This may seem small, but in this world with so many hackers the last thing you need is your credit card information just sitting out there when you have no intention of using it. How can a company be so irresponsible to the customer?

    I purchased a Seac USA Full Magica Face Snorkeling Mask. I returned the masked with approval on July 10, 2024. I have a subscription with Swimoutlet with my email address. I have purchased several items this year. They cannot locate my email, so no refund!

    I had placed an order for an item with expedited shipping in the advertised 1-2 days. I placed the order on Wednesday, May 22nd and it is now Tuesday, May 28th. I paid additional money for the expedited shipping, and yet I did not receive that service. In attempting to reach out via phone and chat but, I was left on hold for more than a half hour. I will not be using the expedited shipping in the future since this paid service, and my attempts to address a customer refund, went completely ignored.

    Good selection of products and they run some good sales, however the shipping is horrible. They use ***** and its the worst shipping. I know when I order items through SwimOutlet that its going to take a long time before I get the product. This last time I ordered I never received my items. I did get refunded by SwimOutlet, it was just a difficult process and not worth ordering through them any longer. As much as I dont like Amazon, I prefer to order through them since I know Ill get me items.

    Im from ******* and this arrived faster than some things I order online in ******! Swimoutlet was also the only place I could find 5mm neoprene Excel mitts/ most places only stock gloves. I have excel 7mm mitts( great) but its time to wear 5 mm and I really didnt expect them to get here in time so SwimOutlet exceeded my hopes! And the mitts are perfect and the price right on

    This company put me into a membership and charged me an annual fee every year for 4 years even though I did not order anything from them. They are sneaky and make it extremely difficult to cancel the membership. Do not do business with these scammers!
