    I am a longtime customer of Swimoutlet.com, as are many of my friends at the pool. They offer a wide range of products, styles, sizes, etc., at great prices. Their customer service is outstanding!

    I order a very large order for blocks for our swim team and because the sales *** and sale manager did not know how to process the order with the supplier, the order did not make it to the manufacturer to start processing. 7 weeks after the order was placed I called to get an update (no email update at all from SwimOutlet) . The sales *** lied and told me they would be delivered the next Wednesday but I needed to fill out some tech specs for their information. Confused about the information requested and getting no response from my *** I called the manufacturer. They informed me that they could not start the 6-8 week custom order without that information they just requested and my order had most definitely never been started. I called the sales team back and talked to the manager who under my instruction split my order so I could at least try to save my season my doing a partial install so the blocks could be installed as soon as they showed up. After that no one on the team ever proactively contacted me again its been 3 months. The order showed up 8 weeks later and we missed the entire 1st half of our season and then when I asked for compensation for his teams mistake the sales manager said he would see. 5 weeks later and 10 days after the original PO was dues we are still waiting for a response. All of this is documented as well as a timeline. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight

    I would not trust these people. Shady, shady company. I purchased a swim cap for $23.00. It was way too big. Only received $10 refund. Please read reviews. People have been scammed for years. Why isn't someone prosecuting these people for ripping off consumers?

Per our return policy (which you can view here: **********************************************************************************) shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable unless your order was delayed and/or lost. In addition, if you opt to use one of our return processing options a return fee of $5.99 applies, which will be deducted from your refund. However, this fee is waived if you choose Store Credit or utilize your own return shipping method. While we did waive these fees and refunded your shipping charge as a one-time courtesy, we do still want to apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for shopping with us!

    I ordered a hoodie sweater on their site for my child. Apparently their hoodie runs very small and even using the size chart you risk ordering and not being able to wear because of the sizes not being true sizes. Customer service will not provide you an exchange or refund. Understandable however swimoutlet.com has several reviews and an AI summary where it states the concerns and the company does not have a size alert or provide a solution to satisfy the customer of their concern with the hoodie or manufacture. Unfortunately I ended up with my child's custom hoodie that he can not wear due to the size being too small or not true to size and the company only offered 15% off to reorder which this % of discount doesn't compensate for the high cost to customize and shipping. I recommend to not order custom orders from this company and or any items that are final. Final or custom are final sales however if a customer is not satisfied I would think they would try their best to offer a better compensation for an item they can not use because of manufacture or not true to size. The unfortunate thing I will probably reorder because my child really wanted this hoodie. Customer service is awful in finding solutions to customer's concerns; I had to request for a discount for reorder it was not even initially offered in good faith.

    I have been charged twice for membership fees after trying to cancel. The company makes it very hard. The cancelation and customer service links don't work. Run! Don't do business with these scammers.

    Ordered a Suit for 2 day shipping. Paid extra for shipping. It has now been over 5 days still haven't received my Suit. Customer service did refund my extra 2 day shipping cost , but still haven't received anything. Now indicated it will be delivered in 2 days. While I'm already on vacation. So now the suit is not needed and will be returning it. I'm sure that will be a grueling process as well. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this Company.
