            We contacted MVR through “Angi” for an estimate on siding repairs. We did get the estimate in a timely, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. After that though, it seemed very high pressure. Our siding is not manufactured any longer and we needed an ITEL report to confirm that. Against our better judgement we gave them the information for our insurance adjuster so that they could send them a copy via email. We were told that they would need a sample to send for that and we asked them to get it from the damaged side of the house. They did not. They took it from a perfectly good, undamaged side of the house with no knowledge about whether it would be replaced at that point or not. They contacted our insurance adjuster and were out of line with them as well. What we specifically asked them not to do is what they did. We chose not to use their services.
