On 8/18/2022 I went to this Burger King it was 929 pm I have the receipt. And I ordered two happy meals. On my receipt it even states 1 kid meal toy for each happy meal I ordered. We get to the drive thru window my kids are screaming what toy did we get. So I look and both have no toys. I ask the worker my happy meals don’t have toys can you get me one he says we ran out of toys we don’t have any and says oh well. Im like why don’t have you have a sign up saying you don’t have happy meals toys or tell people when they order. He doesn’t care tells me to please move im holding up the line. That’s not acceptable to do. I could have done two things if I knew there was no toys. Went to McDonald’s or just ordered them items off the value menu which would Be cheaper then happy meals because you pay for the toy in happy meals. I reach out to customer service I have proof I was told I’m sending this over to the store and you should have a refund in 5 days. 5 days pass I reach out again I said no one has contacted me. She tells me they can’t do anything. She tells me I am right I deserve a refund but the store has to do it. I have everything documented I want you to read everything.
