5 stars**** Roofing had our +***** sq ft house done in under 7 hours and left the yard cleaner then it was when they came that morning. Our sales person was extremely nice and answered all of our questions.

5 starsThe crew showed up early 6am started working at 630 am worked until 630/ 7 pm the first day. Second day worked min 12hrs finished after dark. This group of workers were the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to contract with. Very professional and courteous people. Great job, no regrets. A lot of attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend them to people I know.Erie Home

1 starSalesperson ********************* sold me the waterproofing job and after his inspection he assured me that Erie Home could fix the basement issues. my wife and I signed the contract nearly $25,000. when the crew showed up, there were four (4) guys who didn't have a years experience between all of them. they immediately said that because of the configuration of my basement that there were certain things that were contracted that they wouldn't be able to do. on the second day the leader of the crew Kolby showed me a wall that they would be able to encapsulate nor repair and he had me sign a waiver absolving **** of the warranty in that area as preexisting. **** could not encapsulate all the walls that were contracted. the walls that they attempted to encapsulate they couldn't get the nails to catch and so they didn't even try to do one whole wall. **** Assured me that a supervisor ******************* would talk to me about a discount for not doing the contracted work. he never came back. upon what they deemed completion I refused to sign a satisfied sign off. I voiced my complaint to sales manager *********************** who said he was too busy to look at the job **** had done. Next three gentlemen ********************************* and another supervisor were supposed to come and inspect the job and to address my complaints only **** showed up. He documented all the complaints saying they would be taken care of., he also offered a discount but,,. he didn't come back. After speaking with sales Manager *********************** he said that he was the ONLY one that could discount jobs. I was served with papers from an Attorney demanding payment in full and threatening to put a Mechanics Lien on my home. I have a week to respond,Erie Home
