      After dealing with a wet basement for 24 years and the previous owner for nearly 50, we FINALLY have a dry basement!! We think poor **** got more than they bargained for with our basement. Even when the walls were dry, we discovered a spring coming up through the floor. ****, their management team and crews including *****, ***** B. , **** and *** worked relentlessly and tirelessly to figure out the source of problems and stick by their lifetime guarantee of providing a dry basement for us. Every single person that entered our home was respectful and polite treating our home as if it were their own. Instead of a temporary crew coming to to do a short job, we feel like we have made lasting friendships. Thank you Erie Homes for doing some life changing work for us. We are very grateful!

      The salesman was very knowledgeable and cordial. The crew came on time and looked after our property and plans by putting down tarps. They worked diligently through the day they cleaned up everything and even went over the lawn several times with rolling magnet to get any lost nails. The roof was done as expected, and we are happy with the work done and would recommend them.

      From sales to installation to clean up .Salesman (****) was very professional explained the materials, installation process, cost, and clean up. Everything went as planned. After the tear off they noticed alot of bad decking boards, they replaced the entire roof with new board at the same original quote. They didn't try to hide anything from us just went on and did what was sopost to be done.Very excellent installation crew. Very professional did what was supposed to be done in a timely matter on time.Receive the phone call the following day from **** to make sure we were satisfied and everything look good. Would we recommend to any family or friends.Thank you *** & *******

      Well trained, very neat crew finished in one day. Architectural shingles and underlayment were highly rated which will reduce my homeowner insurance. Salesperson, office manager and on site manager communications were vey good. I give Erie Roofing a 5 star rating.
