5 starsWe have been using Essential Pest for over a year, we moved, and have kept their services. The home office is great at communicating with busy people like myself. When speaking with them about anything it is so seamless it seems too good to be true.
We have had times where our schedules don’t match up and it is easy to reschedule. This company really understands life happens and works with customers to reschedule.
We get interior and exterior of home serviced, and their product works great for this house! They always ask if we have any problem areas up front and explain what they are going to do.
We have had a few individuals come out and service our home, they all do great, Jordan is who comes out most of the time and his customer service is top notch! He is professional and lets us know exactly what was done for the home. We live in an older home in a country setting, so that is important to us!
