  Isiah, notified of his the time he should arrive to my home in time for me to prepare for his arrival. He was very prompt and professional, informed me of the procedures he would be doing. Asked if I needed any additional areas treated. I give him 5 star rating.

  Zero Stars. They don't get rid of bugs because bugs keep coming. The spiders slowed down a bit but never eliminated. They make you sign a year contract so you are stuck with them for that year.
  
  They have a sister business that does duct cleaning and they suck even more! They don't bother to check anything our before coming out to clean the ducts. The guys came out to clean ours with a little vac and their hose was too big to fit in the ducts, so they just said..... sorry, we can't clean your ducts. They said it happens all the time. The sales people just want to make sales. They don't care about the customer at all.
  
  I cancelled my Pest control after the duct cleaning fiasco, which was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I got a call from the arrogant manager, who proceeded to tell me that I was being unreasonable!!
  
  I think $600+ for a year for their service is unreasonable.
  
  Wow!!
  
  Stay away!!!! Run!!!

  Initially pleased with service but when I needed to begin paying with a check, I received push back from the office, complaining that snail mail kept them from getting my checks in a timely manner. However, that same snail mail delivered their invoices to me with no problem. Furthermore, there did not seem to be a policy or procedure in place for this and each person I spoke with told me different things when I would inquire about my account. One individual told me they were still waiting on my checks. The following day I was told they had received the check earlier in the week. When I said I wanted to cancel the service I was told paperwork would be sent to me. I waited a few days and called to follow up and was told that there was no paperwork. It would just be a confirmation call from the manager. When the manager finally called me back he explained the varied responses as a result of the employees not wanting me to know he was out of the office. He continued by listing several reasons (ie. covid, processing) for not wanting to use checks and then began to lecture me on how I needed to update how I do business, a very condescending response to someone who is more than happy to pay the $379 cancellation fee (a fee nearly 4x that of other pest control) and is likely old enough to be his mother. This is a young company that has much to learn about customer service and how to work with customers in all demographics.
  I hope they use this as a means to improve.

  I’ve used Essential Pest for, at least, two years now and haven’t had any problems with spiders, bugs, or mice. Their customer service is excellent, and they always give me notice when they’re coming.
